Our fully automated lockers are located inside Q-Park Marble Arch car park, right beneath Hyde Park. In order to be able to access the underground car park, you first need to book a locker online. You will then receive a booking confirmation by email. Scan the attached barcode at the red pole next to the entrance and you will be able to access the building. When arriving at the lockers you can use the link in the booking confirmation to open the locker. If you don’t have a mobile connection, just use the terminal (screen) to open your locker by entering your locker number and the pincode you have chosen.

You can rent a locker here starting from £7 for 24 hours.
During the rental period, it’s always possible to open a locker in between, and there are three different locker sizes available at this location.

Renting a locker online
Follow these steps to rent a locker online:
1. On the day you need a locker, go to app.lockerpoint.com/marblearch
3. Select your rental period, enter your email address, choose a PIN code, and complete the payment. Your rental starts immediately after payment.
4. After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation within 5 minutes. This email contains a barcode to open the entrance door of the car park and a link that you can use later to open your locker. You can also use the terminal at the lockers for this.
5. Only open your locker when you are in front of it. Note: If you do not use your locker within 15 minutes after opening, it will be automatically released, and no refund will be possible.
6. When collecting your belongings, check out via the app or terminal.
7. Please note: Once payment is made, it is not possible to cancel your reservation or request a refund.

Use a payment terminal
You can find the payment terminal near the lockers. Here, you can pay with common debit and credit cards, such as VISA, Maestro, American Express, and Mastercard. It’s also possible to make contactless payments.
Unfortunately, cash payments are not possible at this location.
