Opening hours

We are always open during matches (Ajax, Dutch national team) and concerts or events in the Ziggo Dome and the Johan Cruijff ArenA. We are open 1.5 hours before the start of an event/match until 1 hour after the end of an event/match.

Two different locker sizes are available.

Cost

Lockers are available from €7. You can access your locker at any time during the rental period.

Payment methods

At Lockerpoint ArenAPoort, you can pay using common debit and credit cards such as Visa, Debit Mastercard, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When booking through our web app, you can also pay using Wero and PayPal. Unfortunately, cash payments are not accepted at this location.

Online Reservation (Instructions)

Please read all the information below before making your reservation:

• Lockerpoint ArenAPoort is located above the entrance of the Ziggo Dome.

• Lockerpoint ArenAPoort is only open on event days at the Ziggo Dome or Johan Cruijff ArenA.

• Lockerpoint ArenAPoort opens at least 1.5 hours before your event starts. For example, if your event starts at 8:00 pm, Lockerpoint ArenAPoort will be open by 6:30 pm at the latest, and possibly earlier.

• Lockerpoint ArenAPoort closes 1 hour after the end of the main event in the Ziggo Dome or Johan Cruijff ArenA.

How to rent a locker

Important: Reservations cannot be made days in advance. You can only rent a locker online on the day of the event itself, from 10:00 am.

On the day of the event, from 10:00 am, open the following website on your phone and rent your locker: https://app.lockerpoint.com/arenapoort

Please note: The 24-hour rental period starts immediately. Reservations made before 10:00 am may be deleted.

Using your locker

• After renting a locker, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

• You do not need to do anything until you arrive at Lockerpoint ArenAPoort. Do not open your locker through the web app unless you are standing in front of the locker.

• When you arrive, open your locker using the web app on your phone or by entering your locker details at the terminal. The link and locker details can be found in your booking confirmation.

• Place your belongings inside the locker and close the door.

• After the event, open your locker again, collect all your belongings and then check out.

• Do not press the ‘Check Out’ button until you have collected all your belongings and have completely finished using the locker.

Important information

• Please remember to collect all your belongings no later than 1 hour after the end of the main event. Any belongings left behind will be removed from the lockers.

• Reservations cannot be modified and are non-refundable.

• Are you attending an event at AFAS Live? Please use our Lockerpoint P5 location, which is open 24/7.
