The location is situated beneath Antwerp Central Station in the Q-Park Astridplein parking (level -2) and is accessible 24 hours a day. Ideal if you want to explore Antwerp for a few more hours before departure or head straight into the city after arriving.
From Lockerpoint Antwerp Central, you can easily walk to the Meir shopping street, the Grote Markt, and Groenplaats. The Antwerp Zoo, the Chocolate Nation museum, and countless cafés, restaurants, and shops are also just a stone’s throw away.
The MAS (Museum aan de Stroom), MoMu (Fashion Museum Antwerp), KMSKA (Royal Museum of Fine Arts Antwerp), FOMU (Photography Museum Antwerp), M HKA (Museum of Contemporary Art Antwerp), Museum Mayer van den Bergh, Stadsschouwburg Antwerp, the Stadsfeestzaal, and many other museums and attractions can also be reached on foot. Exploring these sights is much more enjoyable without having to carry large bags.
From Antwerp Central Station, you can also take the metro to the AFAS Dome. If you have luggage or other items that are not allowed inside the venue, you can conveniently leave them in a secure locker at Lockerpoint Antwerp Central.
Reserving a locker is quick and easy online. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code that provides access to the Q-Park Astridplein parking garage. Once inside, you will find our lockers on level -2. You can open your locker conveniently through the web app (using the link provided in your confirmation email) or by entering your locker number and PIN code on the terminal.

You can rent a locker here starting from €7 for 24 hours.
During the rental period, it’s always possible to open a locker in between, and there are three different locker sizes available at this location.

Important:
1. The lockers are located in the Q-Park Astridplein parking on level –2, underneath the Antwerp Central Station
2. Take one of the two elevators located directly in front of the main entrance of Antwerp Central Station to level -2. Alternatively, take the stairs to level -1, where you will find an access door leading down to level -2
3. At the entrance door of the parking, scan the QR code from your confirmation email to gain access (Use Google Maps)

Renting a locker online
Follow these steps to rent a locker online:
1. On the day you need a locker, go to app.lockerpoint.com/antwerpencs
2. Select your rental period, enter your email address, choose a PIN code, and complete the payment. Your rental starts immediately after payment.
3. After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by email within 5 minutes. This email includes a QR code to access the car park via the pedestrian entrance (use the door scanner) and a link to our web app, which you can use later to open your locker. Alternatively, you can use the terminal at the lockers.
4. Only open your locker when you are in front of it.
Note: If you do not use your locker within 15 minutes after opening, it will be automatically released, and no refund will be possible.
5. When collecting your belongings, check out via the app or terminal.

Payment options
This location offers two payment options:
Book online
Go to app.lockerpoint.com/antwerpencs and book a locker online. When arriving at the car park, scan the barcode (attached to the booking confirmation) at the red pole next to the entrance and you will be able to access the building. When arriving at the lockers you can use the link in the booking confirmation to open the locker. If you don’t have a mobile connection, just use the terminal (screen) to open your locker by entering your locker number and the pincode you have chosen.
Use a payment terminal
You can find the payment terminal near the lockers. Here, you can pay with common debit and credit cards, such as VISA, Maestro, American Express, and Mastercard. It’s also possible to make contactless payments.
Unfortunately, cash payments are not possible at this location.
