To access the facility, simply make an online reservation. You will receive a QR code by email, which you can scan at the entrance to access the parking garage. Once inside, the lockers are immediately on your right. You can open your locker via the link in your confirmation email or by using the on-site terminal (computer screen) with your locker number and chosen PIN code.
There are three different locker sizes available at this location. The lockers are secure, fully automated, and accessible 24 hours a day. You can also open them multiple times during your rental period for maximum flexibility.

Renting a locker online
Follow these steps to rent a locker online:
1. On the day you need a locker, go to app.lockerpoint.com/brusselmidi
2. Select your rental period, enter your email address, choose a PIN code, and complete the payment. Your rental starts immediately after payment.
3. After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation by email within 5 minutes. This email includes a QR code to access the car park via the pedestrian entrance (use the door scanner) and a link to our web app, which you can use later to open your locker. Alternatively, you can use the terminal at the lockers.
4. Only open your locker when you are in front of it. Note: If you do not use your locker within 15 minutes after opening, it will be automatically released, and no refund will be possible.
5. When collecting your belongings, check out via the app or terminal.

This location offers two payment options:
Book online
Go to app.lockerpoint.com/brusselmidi and book a locker online. When arriving at the car park, scan the barcode (attached to the booking confirmation) at the red pole next to the entrance and you will be able to access the building. When arriving at the lockers you can use the link in the booking confirmation to open the locker. If you don’t have a mobile connection, just use the terminal (screen) to open your locker by entering your locker number and the pincode you have chosen.
Use a payment terminal
You can find the payment terminal near the lockers. Here, you can pay with common debit and credit cards, such as VISA, Maestro, American Express, and Mastercard. It’s also possible to make contactless payments.
Unfortunately, cash payments are not possible at this location.
