Renting a locker online

You can rent a locker via our payment terminal on location or rent one online on the day itself. Follow these steps to rent a locker online:

1. On the day you need a locker, go to app.lockerpoint.com/rai-p4
2. Select your rental period, enter your email address, choose a PIN code and pay. Your rental starts immediately after payment.
3. After payment, you’ll receive an email within 5 minutes with a link you can use later to open your locker. You can also use the terminal at the lockers for this.
4. Only open your locker when you’re standing in front of it. Please note: if you don’t use your locker within 15 minutes of opening, it will be automatically released and refunds are not possible.
5. When you want to collect your belongings later, check out via the app or terminal.
6. Please note: after payment, it’s not possible to cancel the use of your locker or request a refund.

What is RAI Amsterdam?

RAI Amsterdam is a leading international trade fair and congress organization in Amsterdam-Zuid. The abbreviation RAI stands for Rijwiel- en Automobiel-Industrie (Bicycle and Automobile Industry) and was founded at the end of the 19^th century. The current complex has 70 congress halls and 13 exhibition halls. The company, of which the municipality of Amsterdam is also a shareholder, facilitates more than 600 large and smaller trade fairs/events annually. The Household Fair, the Nine Months Fair, HISWA, Horecava, Home Fair, Jumping Amsterdam, ISE and IBC are examples of major crowd-pullers.

Payment options

This location has two payment options.

Scan a QR code and book online
Scan the QR code with your mobile phone and follow the instructions. You can pay with iDEAL, PayPal, Maestro, Mastercard or VISA. You’ll find the QR code on each locker (number plate), on the instruction board or at the entrance.

Use a payment machine
You’ll find the payment machine at the lockers. You can pay here with all common debit cards and credit cards such as VISA, Maestro, American Express and Mastercard. It’s also possible to pay contactlessly with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Unfortunately, cash payment is not possible at this location.
