Looking for lockers in the ArenAPoort area? Then use our location Lockerpoint ArenAPoort P5. The lockers can be found in parking garage ‘P5’ and can be reached via the pedestrian entrance of the garage, next to the entrance of the Villa ArenA residential mall. You can safely store your coats, backpacks and suitcases here if you visit the AFAS Live (250 meters), Ziggo Dome (250 meters) or the Johan Cruijf ArenA (120 meters).
There are two Lockerpoint locations in this area. In addition to Lockerpoint ArenAPoort P5, you can also use our location Lockerpoint ArenAPoort. This location can be found above the entrance of the Ziggo Dome.
Online Reservation (Instructions)
Please note: this reservation only applies to location Lockerpoint P5 (parking garage P5)
• On the day of the event (from 10:00 am), go to the following website on your phone and reserve a locker in advance: https://app.lockerpoint.com/p5
• Please note: Reservations made earlier will be deleted.
• Do not open your locker via the app if you are not in front of the locker, as someone else will use it.
• Do not press the check-out button until you have finished retrieving your belongings. Essentially, you only pay for the locker and then do nothing until:
o Later in the day when you arrive at the lockers, open the locker using the web app link on your phone (the link will also be sent via email after booking a locker), place your luggage in the locker, and close the door.
o After the concert, you can retrieve your luggage and check out.
• Note: All reservations will be deleted at the end of the day, so the locker will be available for other visitors the next day. It is not possible to modify a reservation or receive a refund.
Opening hours
We are always open during matches (Ajax, Dutch national team) and concerts or events in the Ziggo Dome, Johan Cruijff ArenA and the AFAS Live. We are open 1.5 hours before the start of an event/match until 1 hour after the end of an event/match. You can also use our lockers if you are doing a stadion tour in the Johan Cruijff ArenA.
The entrance door of the car park may be closed if there is no event in the area, but no worries, just ring the bell at the grey/yellow pole and someone will open the door for you.

Cost
You can rent a locker here from € 7. It’s always possible to open a locker in the meantime during the rental period.

Payment methods
This location has two payment options:
Scan a QR code & book online
Scan the QR code with your mobile phone and follow the instructions. You can pay with iDEAL, Paypal, Maestro, Mastercard or VISA. You can find the QR code on each locker, on the instruction board or at the entrance.
Use a payment terminal
You can find the payment terminal at the lockers. You can pay here with common debit cards and credit cards such as VISA, Maestro, American Express and Mastercard. It is also possible to pay contactless with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Unfortunately, cash payment is not possible at this location.
