Booking your locker online is quick and simple. After your online payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code that gives you access to the parking. To open your locker, you can use the link in the confirmation email or enter your locker number and PIN code on the on-site terminal.

Renting a locker online
Follow these steps to rent a locker online:
1. On the day you need a locker, go to app.lockerpoint.com/albertina
3. Select your rental period, enter your email address, choose a PIN code, and complete the payment. Your rental starts immediately after payment.
4. After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation within 5 minutes. This email contains a barcode to open the entrance door of the car park and a link that you can use later to open your locker. You can also use the terminal at the lockers for this.
5. Only open your locker when you are in front of it. Note: If you do not use your locker within 15 minutes after opening, it will be automatically released, and no refund will be possible.
6. When collecting your belongings, check out via the app or terminal.
7. Please note: Once payment is made, it is not possible to cancel your reservation or request a refund.

Payment Options
This location offers two payment options:
Book online
Go to app.lockerpoint.com/albertina and book a locker online. When arriving at the car park, scan the barcode (attached to the booking confirmation) at the red pole next to the entrance and you will be able to access the building. When arriving at the lockers you can use the link in the booking confirmation to open the locker. If you don’t have a mobile connection, just use the terminal (screen) to open your locker by entering your locker number and the pincode you have chosen.
Use a payment terminal
You can find the payment terminal near the lockers. Here, you can pay with common debit and credit cards, such as VISA, Maestro, American Express, and Mastercard. It’s also possible to make contactless payments.
Unfortunately, cash payments are not possible at this location.
